A gift from France :)

Looks like just a postcard (But what a postcard! I mean look at the wrapping!)
Feels like a hug :)

Hugs back :)

The butterflies are tiny ovagirl - I'm sure you have more wonderful ones in Oz but they are a delight :)

Hugs all round and happy dances really Mel :) xxx

Postcards with happy stickers!

<--having a happy sticker, post card kinda morning just showing up here!

k..she can come home now.
I DO hope she's having an awesome go of it--but selfish mememe misses her presence at familiar places.

Ohhhhhhhhhh I hope she picked herself up a pair of stripey ones!
Happy, stripey, sunshiney yellow ones!

I hope so too Mel and goodness, I do miss her too! Still as long as she's ok :)

I'd go for the red myself.
Or the blue -
But then I wouldn't want to miss out on the sunshiney ones.
Just as well they're out of reach really, I might end up with all of them and espadrilles hurt my feet!

I bought two pairs!

*blushes*

black in the first place I saw them, and them multi-coloured stripes in the second place I saw them!

(sadly, it seems that those rubbery deck shoes - Crocs? - are being sold in more places in France than espadrilles these days. . .)

(the chillies were cos the card was sent from The Basque region of France - a tiny bit of the country tucked between the southerly part of the Atlantic coast, the Pyrenees and The Basque region of Spain)

*thinks*

if only I'd known your shoe size, I could have sent you some!

I once saw a lot of the edge of the Basque region :) We were stuck in the biggest traffic jam in France on a huge road that goes over the Pyranees.
What a lovely place to go :) And to receive pictures of chillies from.
Just as well you didn't send me espadrilles though - I can't wear them - wrong shaped toes! Chillies though, lovely :)
