Decisions decisions

Ok, I'll buy it.
If lovely 4tographer will sell it to me and if I can check that different lenses will do the things I want. (got lovely other photographer friend coming over next week and I hope she'll bring all her stuff and give me lots of useful advice)
Right. got to get on with dinner now or we won't be eating till tomorrow morning :)

I had some free time and went "blog hunting" to while away my late afternoon. I love your blog and will add it to my favorites. I too take my camera with me everywhere. I love your photos. I'm from Arizona in the United States near Phoenix. I must ask... What's a woolie?
Thank you

*chuckling*

GOOD call!
Of course, that's not the least bit selfishly generated on my part...has absolutely NOTHING to do with the quality of photos I'm getting to indulge in.....

k.....might a LITTLE..

OMgosh....what a wonderful shot of the waters and LIFE.

Hi betty, lovely of you to visit and say such nice things :)
Ah! 'Woollie' is an old fashioned English way to describe a what, sweater? Jumper? Knitted woollen garment :)

Well I'm not sure the quality will be so much better Mel :) But there are things which are MUCH easier even without the right lens and suddenly I find the screen and viewfinder on my beloved old camera are ridicuously small and dim!
More importantly, have you got any more sunshine yet :)

Call me hard and fast British, but I laughed out loud at the question as to what a woollie was. Buy it, buy it Mig - I would.

Can you have to many cameras?
My papa left me 6, and though I can not get film for most of them, they are still treasures none the less!

Well it's not so easy to define Thursday!
Yes I will :)

No you can't Sorrow:) I wish I'd known what fun photography is when my father died - I would have claimed his Leica for myself. Just as well I didn't though, I wouldn't have been able to afford film and I wouldn't have known how to use it and it would have languished, unused, in a cupboard somewhere!

A balmy four degrees above that freeze point this morning, Mig.

Even the sun is cold......LOL

*shrugs*
Monday we had snow.......again...
Didn't 'stick', but C'MON already!

And I had to smile about the 'woolie' question....but only cuz I KNEW that one!

Is the camera arrived yet?

Hey Mel, we watched 'monster moves' last night on TV. They were moving a hotel and when a blizzard started I thought,'I wonder if it's anywhere near Mel - and lo and behold, it was in Iowa :)
Yep, sale all agreed and camera is the one I've been borrowing for the last week. I don't think I would have been able to let it go away so I had to buy it from him :)

(Got to get a lens now - this DSLR business is awfully complicated!)
