Since I've discovered 3 new ways of using filters I used them all at once and am drinking a glass of wine (which will help the tooth situation not at all but I'm due for some more paracetamol soon so what the hell) and I have done half my packing.

Have you been watching Photoshop TV? I saw this, or something very similar, recently there. It does give a good effect - the bottom one is better with the clouds not blown. Hope you had a good weekend.
Thanks Fred. It's smart blur (and some adjustment layers)...I think the mixed filters was actually on another pic.
