Shadows, early evening.

That's our house, in the centre.

It must be Spring soon. Both the car and the cats are giving me static shocks.
On the other hand, it was so cold today I thought it was going to snow.
Maybe it will.
Almost the best thing about snow is the silence in the morning when it's arrived in the night. And the way the quiet and the coolness of the light through the curtains makes you feel as though something has changed while you were asleep.

The snow arrived here today as forecast. My Snow Leopard enjoyed it, I think. I sent her out in it just to get a picture. I got her just as she looked over her shoulder as if to say, "How far do I have to go?" (see blog). Got a few more but I think this was the best one.

Fred, a snow leopard whose spots ran in the wash :)
Kyah, sorry, I forget it's not really obvious!
The shadow of our house across the field.
Ooh Sherbert, that was quick...your comment slipped in between one wv attempt and the next :)

If I lived there, I would be tempted to run and play in the fields (a lot).

I sometimes fantasise about issuing an open invitation to everyone to come and visit :) But Barney might be a bit taken aback to find the virtual world (which he doesn't believe in) suddenly appearing on our doorstep saying hi, you must be Barney!

Oh DCI, of course we're on first name terms...sorry, I never looked back at this one, only just realised you'd visited.
